A scaling health and beauty business, which is already recognised as number 1 in their category in the UK, is looking to expand their D2C presence. A Head of Digital is required to take ownership of the brand digital ecosystem and will drive performance, growth, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the digital growth strategy.
Champion CRO and customer journey optimisation across all digital touchpoints.
Manage digital budgets with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate & revenue.
Act as the brand guardian across all digital platforms.
Guide and implement strategic initiatives across social, CRM, and content to reflect brand values while driving engagement and brand visibility.
About You:
8+ years' experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally within consumer brands.
Proven track record of delivering performance through paid media, CRO, and DTC.
Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and optimise.
Strong commercial awareness and data fluency.
