Connect2Socialwork is excited to collaborate with our client based in Ilford, who are about to register their second home catering for 11-17 year olds with learning disabilities and complex needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the home. If you have at least 5 years experience as a Registered Manager or experience as a Responsible Individual and would like to work with an organisation who align themselves with the needs of the children/young people, we would like to hear from you. There is also an opportunity to oversee another 3-bed EBD home located within 7 minutes drive of the 4-bed home. Responsibilities: As the Responsible Individual, you ensure that the home adheres to all pertinent legislation and standards Manage the home effectively and provide strategic leadership Develop unified plans with managers for services provided to children and young people Ensure that care and service are consistently of the highest quality, in line with legislation, government guidance, regulations and the organisation's policies and procedures Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Manager; OR At least 2 years of experience as a Responsible Individual Salary: Part time: £65k-£80k pro rata: OR £300 - £400 per day on self-employed basis PLEASE NOTE: Our client is not able to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
