Role: Solicitor (Residential Conveyancing)

Dutton Gregory Solicitors is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Woking team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload.
We are ideally looking for someone with around 23 years PQE, but are flexible if you’ve got solid residential conveyancing experience and a knack for building relationships or getting involved in business development; we would still love to hear from you. We also consider experienced Residential Property Executives who can confidently handle their own caseload.
About The Role
You will be responsible for running a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.
* Confidently manage own files from instruction through to completion
* Achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care
* Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards
* Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts
* Contribute to business development initiatives and support growth of the Woking office
About You
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
* Initiative in generating new business and ideally brings a following of work
* Excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding client service
* Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to support continued growth of a progressive firm
