We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.What youll be doingManage the end-to-end lettings process, from allocation through to sign-upCarry out property viewings and tenancy sign-ups, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceProvide clear advice and support to applicants and residents, including those who may be vulnerableWork closely with local authorities and partners to deliver nomination and lettings agreementsSupport tenancy sustainment by identifying risks early and making referrals where neededPromote and market properties, including harder-to-let homesMonitor performance and help reduce void turnaround timesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with housing legislation and internal policiesWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journeyHandle feedback and complaints professionally, using insights to improve servicesWhat were looking forWed love to hear from you if you:Have experience in a customer-facing role (ideally within housing or a similar environment)Understand lettings, allocations, or tenancy processes within social housingHave knowledge of housing legislation (Housing Acts 1985, 1988, and 1996 desirable)Are a strong communicator who can build trust with residents and partnersAre organised and able to manage a busy and varied workloadAre confident handling difficult conversations and making decisionsHave a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent serviceAre comfortable using digital systems and maintaining accurate recordsHave an understanding of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable customers (desirable)Bring a proactive, solution-focused approach and enjoy improving processesIf specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility.At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
