Are you ready to step up into a senior compliance role with MLRO responsibilities? Our client, a growing multi‑asset trading firm, is looking for a confident and capable Compliance Officer to lead the UK compliance function.
This is a hands‑on, visible position where you’ll oversee all day‑to‑day compliance activity, guide a small team, and act as the nominated MLRO for the FCA — with full support from the firm’s Global Head of Compliance.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the UK compliance and trade surveillance function.
* Overseeing FCA compliance across retail and institutional products.
* Managing AML/CTF frameworks and supporting regulatory interactions.
* Strong regulatory compliance experience in trading, brokerage, or CFD/spread betting environments.
* Working knowledge of AML and financial crime processes.
* A steady, capable professional ready to take on MLRO accountability.
Package: Up to £150k base + discretionary bonus + benefits.
Hybrid working: Office Mon–Thu, WFH Fridays.
