Now, we're looking for a dedicated full-time Homestore Lead Associate to join our flagship store in Tillicoultry and be part of this incredible journey
About the Role:
As a Homestore Lead Associate withing our Garden Centre, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every shopper enjoys a premium, personalised service. You'll step up in the absence of the Sales Manager, leading by example to deliver exceptional service while driving store performance. Your passion for people and products will shine through in everything you do, making our customers feel right at home from the moment they walk in.
What You'll Do:
* Ensure every customer is welcomed and assisted with a friendly, helpful attitude.
* Show off your product expertise by demonstrating key features and benefits to inspire confidence.
* Resolve any queries and turn potential challenges into positive experiences.
* Process transactions seamlessly and handle refunds with professionalism.
* Push for success by achieving sales targets and recommending additional purchases.
* Keep the store looking fresh and inviting, from cleanliness to visual displays.
* Support your team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone thrives.
* Communicate sales performance and contribute to implementing exciting promotions.
* Assist with staff training, appraisals, and rota planning to ensure the store runs smoothly.
