As a Field Care Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring we are competent in providing safe, reliable, compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer whilst coaching and mentoring your staff. Field Care Supervisor responsibilities will include: Completing managerial tasks and accurate record keeping. Updating and reviewing top quality care plans and risk assessments. Supporting our recruitment process. Competency assessing, mentoring and coaching your staff in the field. Occasionally you may be required to deliver care alongside the Care staff.
