We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Batley who are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 3 team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while being part of a supportive and friendly school environment.
Your role will include:
* Supporting the Year 3 teacher with learning activities and classroom routines
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need an extra boost
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children build confidence
* Assisting with resource preparation and classroom organisation
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with primary-aged children (school, childcare, or similar)
* A patient, positive, and proactive approach to learning support
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
