The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and integrity, aligned to our company values. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
* Candidate profiling and interviewing
* Managing compliance and accurate record‑keeping
* Negotiating contractual and financial terms
* Supporting submissions, interviews, and contractor assessments
* Building strong client relationships and delivering against service levels
Who We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Determination, resilience, and competitive drive
* Strong organisational skills and adaptability
