The Role – Soldering at the Heart of What We Do:
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Operative with proven soldering experience to join our growing team. This is not a general assembly role — soldering is a critical part of our production process, and we are seeking someone who can bring accuracy, consistency, and pride to every joint and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
* Soldering electronic components and cable assemblies to a consistently high standard (this is an essential part of the role)
* Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions
* Crimping and assembling cables and wire harnesses to specification
* Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area
* Recording production details and reporting issues to the supervisor
Requirements (Essential):
* Proven soldering experience (minimum 1 year, preferably in electronics or cable assembly)
* Experience using hand tools such as cable cutters, pliers, screwdrivers, and crimping tools (manual and machine)
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
* Good eyesight and excellent attention to detail
* Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work sitting or standing for periods
* A willingness to learn and continuously improve
