Salary: £12.82 per hour, circa £25,000 +
Start Date : ASAP
Duration: Ongoing temporary with no legal obligation, but long term and a permanent contract will be an option for the right candidate.

Hours of work: 09.00 17.00 Monday to Friday, so 37.5 hour working week
Our Client: A friendly and family run company with a small quiet office.
The Role: The successful candidate will assist with supporting Sage and Excel related accounts admin functions
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Statement reconciliation and processing and raising invoices
Processing invoices and log and record information from suppliers
Sales and purchase ledger and flagging debtors and monitoring payment terms
Allocating payments and resolving queries
Excel administration, - knowledge of SAGE would be beneficial
Maintaining and managing all related administrative tasks and duties
General team support the admin and management team.
Essential skills and experience:
AAT or equivalent
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant or Finance Administration role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Professional and confident approach when communicating with suppliers and customers
