Hybrid Functional Assessor – Guildford
£42,000 + £1,000 approval bonus + performance bonus + benefits

Use your clinical skills without shifts, weekends, or hands‑on care. We’re recruiting Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Registered Nurses for a hybrid Functional Assessor role based in Guildford.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct structured clinical conversations using professional judgement.
* Review medical evidence and supporting documentation.
* Produce clear, objective, evidence‑based written reports.
* Use secure clinical systems and digital templates.
* Contribute reports used to support formal disability benefit decisions.
* All assessments are pre‑booked and completed via telephone, video or face‑to‑face.
* No hands‑on treatment, prescribing, on‑call work, or manual handling.
Qualifications
* Registered as a Physiotherapist (HCPC), Nurse (RGN/RMN, NMC) or Occupational Therapist (HCPC).
* A minimum of 12 months post‑registration experience.
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
* Confidence with report writing and IT systems.
* Ability to work to deadlines in a structured environment.
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
Pay, progression and benefits
* £42,000 salary.
