About the role:
1. Lead the culinary team in crafting authentic and innovative Japanese-inspired cuisine, while also incorporating global influences.
2. Oversee menu development to ensure a diverse range of culinary offerings that cater to different tastes and preferences.
3. Collaborate with management to create a unique dining experience across multiple spaces, including:

4. A main dining hall with seating for 80 guests, featuring a finishing kitchen on the same floor.
5. A lounge and dance floor on the lower ground floor, focusing on ambiance and entertainment.
6. A private dining space with space up to 30 guests.
7. A roof top dining area with 12 covers.
