Grounds Maintenance / Gardener – Full Time – £28,000–£32,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
6. Maintain lawns, hedges, and gardens to a high standard
7. Assist with landscaping projects, paving, fencing, and general maintenance
8. Support commercial and residential sites with seasonal upkeep
9. Operate equipment such as strimmers, lawnmowers, blowers, and hedgecutters
10. Follow all health and safety procedures
11. Ensure quality and attention to detail across all tasks
12. Start at 7:30 AM and work approximately 8.5 hours per day, 5 days a week (42.5 hours weekly), schedule may vary depending on weather and tasks
13. Travel to yard location in Balfron when required
Requirements:
14. Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or landscaping
15. Full UK driving licence held for more than 1 year, ideally with fewer than 6 points
16. Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
17. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
18. Ability to start work at 7:30 AM
19. Ability to travel to Balfron yard when needed
