Change & Capability Enablement Lead

Fixed Term Contract: 12 months
Hybrid: up to 2 days WFH

How you’ll help us make health happen
* Partner with product teams and leaders to embed agile, lean and product-centric ways of working
* Coach teams through transformation journeys, supporting adoption of cloud-based product models
* Facilitate workshops, training and embedded coaching to uplift skills and team effectiveness
* Support the delivery and evolution of the Grow Internal Talent (GRIT) programme, aligning with strategic workforce goals
* Contribute to the development and delivery of capability pathways for future skills
* Maintain and evolve a backlog of change and capability initiatives aligned to strategic outcomes
Key Skills/ qualifications needed for the role
* Proven experience in product model and thinking, agile coaching and organisational change
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills across diverse teams and leadership levels
* Deep understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and their practical applications
* Experience supporting product and cloud adoption and future skills development
* Ability to work across technology and business domains
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience with programme management and continuous improvement practices
