Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver PR and digital marketing strategies to promote the online shop and offline workshops.
* Manage social media channels, content calendars, and online campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales.
* Create press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials consistent with the brand identity.
* Coordinate with artists, partners, and local media to support launches and events.
* Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on campaign effectiveness.
* Support operational planning, budgeting, and smooth delivery of marketing activities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, public relations, or social media management, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or creative industries.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and managing media relations.
* Ability to plan and execute campaigns that integrate online store promotions with offline workshop events.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic website content management.
