We're now looking for an organised, skilled Breakfast Chef to take ownership of the morning shift, preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality breakfasts that set the tone for the day.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Preparing and cooking breakfast service to brand standards
* Ensuring buffet and à la carte options are consistently fresh and well-presented
* Managing mise en place and prep for the morning service
* Supporting the team with smooth handovers to lunch and dinner prep
* Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
* Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
* Supporting junior chefs with training and direction when needed
What Do You Need?
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
* Excellent cooking skills with a focus on timing and consistency
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
* A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
* Flexibility with early starts and weekend shifts
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
