The role:
As part of the sales team at Loxley Colour, you will be responsible for helping the sales team meet their objectives to drive growth. You will take on a range of tasks from basic sales administration duties to being a day-to-day point of contact for some key accounts, documenting their requirements and liaising with various teams to achieve an outcome that works for the business and the customer. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support senior members of the team with research, pricing, and customer proposals as well as communicate directly with customers.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Inbound and outbound communication with customers, not cold calling
* Welcoming customers to our showroom and attending events.
* Maintain regular communication with key partner accounts to ensure we do not miss opportunities and spot issues early.
* Answering inbound telephone calls to provide interested customers with support and product information.
* Liaising with internal teams when onboarding new integrated customers
* Applying agreed discounts to our finance system
* Researching competitor products and pricing
* Product support for customer placing first or one-off orders.
* Arranging and documenting meetings with customers on behalf of other sales team members.
* Compiling call lists and reports as necessary.
Who we are looking for:

· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities.
· Intermediate Excel skills
· Highly organised, with an ability to meet deadlines,
· Creative thinker and problem solver with a positive attitude,
· Comfortable and confident working with stakeholders at all levels,
· Experience in B2B and/or luxury consumer goods environment would be advantageous.
· Valid Driving License

On-site working is required for this role (Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm), so we are looking for candidates who are local to our UK site and have their own transport.
