POSITION SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, working on a variety of projects from conception to completion. This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about civil engineering and eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects that shape the built environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assisting with the preparation of documentation relating to projects;
* Participating in the identification and resolutions of technical issues;
* Actively seek new and innovate design methods and solutions;
* Maintain all necessary project data and information;
* Liaise and coordinate with other engineers and contractors on site;
* Cover all aspects of setting out on site
* Preparing drawings, specifications, reports and other project documentation as required;
* Planning and implementation of site investigations;
* Problem solving on a day-to-day basis;
* Ensuring that the sites meet all the legal, health and safety guidelines;
* Checking drawings and designs & keeping drawing registers up to date
QUALIFICATIONS/KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic background with a focus on civil engineering.
* Proficient in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis programs.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
