The Marlow Riley Park Day Nursery and Preschool
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £27,497.60
The Marlow Riley Park is a warm and inviting nursery located in the heart of Marlow, housed within a beautifully converted Salvation Army Church. Recently refurbished, the nursery is in a prime location near Riley Park, the community library, and the riverbank. The nursery has excellent transport links for staff and visitors.
We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. This is a year-round position, not term-time only.

As Nursery Practitioner, you will
* Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met and a high standard of professional care and education is delivered in a caring, safe and secure environment in which all children can play, learn and develop.
* Observe, assess and plan an engaging range of early years activities to support each child’s learning and development needs.
* Engage as a professional team member with a flexible attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
* Ensure that company policies and procedures are read, applied, reviewed regularly and adhered to by all.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
* Support the daily needs of children across physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
As Nursery Practitioner, you will need
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements - desirable
