Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent, hands-on PA looking for an amazing new role with a company of a lifetime. We have a hybrid role available in the lovely Warwickshire area: 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home. We are looking for a talented PA who is able to work independently and confidently, providing support to one of the company's managers in a leading organization in its sector. The role involves general PA support, including administration, secretarial duties, and billing, while also assisting with day-to-day requirements for the director.
Responsibilities:
1. Organizing the director's diary, including booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
2. Taking minutes during meetings.
3. General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for the director, managing and handling all calls.
5. Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
6. Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the director.
7. Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact for the director.
8. Administering legal papers for the board.
9. Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.
Key Requirements:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
2. General administrative experience.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. A positive and upbeat attitude.
5. PA experience is preferable.
6. Excellent communication skills.
