Job Responsibilities
As the Project Administrator, you will provide timely, efficient, and professional project support to Project Managers, covering:
* Ensuring all essential project documentation is completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
* Supporting adherence to the Project Management Framework (PMF) by maintaining project documentation in the relevant locations
* Assisting with project documentation and coordinating tasks across projects (Action Log management)
* Managing documentation for development projects
* Capturing outputs from workshops and key meetings (minutes, process mapping, action logs)
* Preparing presentations for reporting purposes in an agreed format
* Providing general administrative assistance
* Supporting back-office project management activities
* Liaising with third parties and vendors to collect relevant documentation
* Submitting and following up on payment requests from suppliers and clients
* Updating and communicating project management templates
* Supporting transition to new platforms and communicating new processes to the wider business
* Assisting in creating work instructions and process templates to standardize procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
* Experience in a similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Confidence and proactivity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic organization
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Desirable: Experience in report writing
* Desirable: Experience in creating process maps or flow diagrams (preferably using Microsoft Visio)
