About Our Client

My client is a large growing manufacturing organisation based in Sutton Coldfield looking for a Personal Assistant.

Job Description

Executive Support

3. Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director: including diary management, correspondence, and confidential document handling.
4. Prepare agendas, briefings, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
5. Draft, review, and distribute communications.

Leadership & Meetings

6. Attend senior leadership meetings, taking accurate minutes, tracking action points, and ensuring timely follow-up.
7. Coordinate leadership offsites, events, and strategy sessions.
8. Support communication flow between the Managing Director and senior leadership team.

Travel & Events

9. Manage national and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
10. Organise corporate events, conferences, and client engagements in collaboration with other teams.

Office & Project Coordination

11. Liaise with global counterparts, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the Managing Director.
12. Support cross-functional projects and ensure deadlines are met.
13. Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
14. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

15. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
16. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
18. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
19. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
20. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
21. A professional and approachable demeanour.
22. Can commute to Sutton Coldfield
