I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a well-established financial services operation supporting customers with personal loan account enquiries.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering a high standard of service while working towards team KPIs and service levels.
What we're looking for:
* Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
* Strong Customer Service background
* Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
* Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
* Strong communication and customer handling skills
Desirable:
* Financial Services or Banking experience
* Personal Loans experience
* Customer Records Management
* GDPR awareness

✔ Available to work shifts between 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday & Sunday as part of a planned rota
