Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their Business Development and Marketing Team at their offices in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preparation and submission of PQQs and ITTs.
* Managing and coordinating tender submissions with internal stakeholders, primarily estimating.
* Producing original graphics and images for documentation to accompany bids and other submissions.
* Maintaining and updating MS Outlook Calendar with tender return dates.
* Maintaining a library of project information.
* Monitoring and ensuring that all listed accreditations and certifications (Exor, Safemark, CHAS, Constructionline, Investors in People, ISO) are up to date.
* Maintaining and updating the company contacts database using MS Dynamics CRM system.
* Assisting the Pre-Construction Director with internal reporting for weekly and Board reports.
* Sourcing opportunities and following up on leads for potential work.
* Recording, monitoring, and progressing leads, opportunities, and tenders using MS Dynamics CRM system.
* Providing information for updating group and individual group companies’ web pages.
* Keeping abreast of market conditions and competitors.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working under tight deadlines
* Previous experience in a main contractor or developer environment
Rewards and Benefits:
The salary will depend on industry experience. The company offers excellent opportunities with a basic salary up to £40,000.
