Responsibilities
* Supporting with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions like paying bills.
* Preparing meals, drinks and snacks as necessary.
* Encouraging and enabling residents to follow agreed care plans.
* Assisting residents with morning routines, providing personal care including washing, bathing and dressing, helping with undressing and going to bed, and ensuring medication is taken as required.
* Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service and going the extra mile to help residents live their best lives while keeping managers and key agencies informed of progress.
