We're supporting a fast-growing eCommerce retailer with serious ambition in Germany and adjacent markets. This role is about owning and scaling Amazon.de and OTTO — not just growing revenue, but doing it profitably.
This is a hands-on, commercial role for someone who lives and breathes Amazon Germany, understands OTTO's quirks, and knows how to balance growth with margin discipline.
What You'll Own
P&L Ownership – Germany
* Pricing, promotions, fees, returns and contribution profit
* Full commercial accountability, not "supporting" someone else's numbers
Amazon.de Execution (Seller or Vendor)
* Listing structure & variations, suppressions, compliance
* Brand Registry, A+ Content, Storefronts
* Keyword strategy built for organic + paid performance
OTTO Marketplace Growth
* Onboarding & feed management
* Catalogue hygiene, localisation and promo/visibility tools
* Operational compliance and performance metrics
Success Metrics
* Revenue improvements with a clear monthly run-rate plan
* Contribution profit (or at minimum gross margin after fees + ads)
* TACOS, CVR, organic keyword rank, Buy Box %
* Stockout rate, suppressed ASINs, return rate, account health
* OTTO catalogue health (feed errors, listing completeness, cancellations)
What You'll Bring
* experience owning Amazon.de (not just assisting or agency-side support)
* German C1/C2 writing / spoken ability for listings and customer-facing comms
* Hands-on ads management with strong commercial judgment
* Clear evidence of scale:
* "Reduced TACOS"
* "Improved CVR / contribution margin"
* Feed/PIM tools a big plus
