Legal PA – Corporate
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm (80% office attendance)
Contract: Permanent
I am working with a prestigious international law firm renowned for its excellence, innovation, and global reach. With offices across key jurisdictions, the firm delivers high-calibre legal services to clients in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The firm is currently seeking a polished and proactive Legal PA to join its collaborative London office, supporting a team of busy fee earners. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a demanding, professional setting and enjoys being at the heart of a high-performing legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating international travel, including itineraries and visa arrangements
Assisting with client billing and ensuring compliance with AML protocols
Organising meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and materials
Providing full PA support to lawyers, including extensive diary management and scheduling
Drafting and proofreading correspondence, documents, and presentations
Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Managing email and telephone correspondence with clients and colleagues globally
Assisting with pro bono and internal initiatives, including event coordination and file archiving
Processing expenses and invoices using internal finance systems
Supporting with conflict checks, matter openings, and engagement letter preparation
About You
Previous experience in a Legal PA, EA, or high-level administrative role within professional services
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Proficient in MS Office Suite and confident using legal-specific software
