Opportunity for UK Registered Nurse
We are seeking a UK Registered Nurse to join our team in developing the Care and Treatment Service within the North Locality, including Hubs in Pitlochry, Aberfeldy, and Blairgowrie, with some in-reach to rural GP Practices. Cover across the North Locality is expected.
The post holder will contribute to the Community Care and Treatment Services team, providing high-quality healthcare through clinics such as wound management, phlebotomy, chronic disease monitoring, leg ulcer assessment, anticoagulation, phototherapy, and minor injuries.
You will work with a diverse caseload, collaborating with other professionals to meet patient needs and deliver safe, holistic, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Partnership working, based on organizational values, with other agencies, patients' carers, and relatives, will be essential as we enhance the community multidisciplinary team and integrated models of working.
Applicants should have a positive attitude towards change and a commitment to high standards of patient care. Evidence of ongoing professional development pertinent to the role is required, with the organization supporting continuous training and development.
Registration must be on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA, or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
