Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: Up to £39,274.00 (depending on qualification held)*
Hours: full time (2 days and 2 sleep nights in a row, following by 4 day break)

A minimum of 12 months experience in residential childcareA Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent)A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetingsA calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to careBe able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (rota given in advance but likely to be 2-on, 4-off)Candidates must have to work in the UKSuccessful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
