Job Overview:

About the Role:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and on-site visits.
* Analyze, check and report on product returns.
* Process requests for special products and variations.
* Develop and propose new product ideas.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis.
* Support sales team with customer visits and application development.
* Manage product lifecycle including training, introduction and supersession of discontinued products.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Methodical problem-solving abilities, logical thinking and record-keeping skills.
* Presentation skills, comfortable communicating complex subjects to non-technical audiences.
* Hands-on testing and diagnostic experience.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
