Job Description
Our client, a leading sovereign holding company, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director to join its Private Equity Fund Investments team, with a focus on secondary transactions. The team is responsible for deploying capital across global private equity markets through fund commitments, co-investments, and secondaries
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead due diligence and execution of secondary market investments across a broad range of strategies, including LP portfolio acquisitions, GP-led restructurings, and structured solutions
* Conduct in-depth analysis of underlying portfolios, fund performance, manager quality, and deal structures
* Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal Investment Committees
* Build and maintain relationships with top-tier GPs, intermediaries, and market participants
* Monitor and manage existing secondary exposures, including valuations and ongoing performance analysis
* Support strategic initiatives around portfolio construction, allocation planning, and thematic sourcing
Requirements:
1. 7 – 10 years of relevant experience
