Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator with strong hands-on experience using Siemens-controlled CNC milling machines.
The role involves a combination of CAM-based programming and on-machine work, with the majority of new jobs programmed offline using Fusion 360 from 3D solid models (STEP files). Candidates must be confident working in a model-driven CAM environment and taking jobs from model or drawing through to finished component with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program, set, and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines using Siemens controls
2. Create CNC programs using Fusion 360 CAM, primarily from STEP / 3D models
3. Carry out on-machine program edits where required
