The Role We’re hiring a Lead Embedded Systems Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary team of hardware and embedded software engineers delivering a portfolio of hardware products. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, and development teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and align with wider business strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining technical direction, team development, and delivery ownership across the full product lifecycle. What you will do Lead and develop a team of hardware and embedded engineers Own technical direction across multiple hardware products Drive architecture, design quality, and engineering standards Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to deliver reliably Manage delivery, risk, and trade-offs across concurrent initiatives Support prototyping, production, and issue resolution What you'll bring: Strong background in embedded systems (C/C++) Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS or bare-metal development Strong background in hardware design Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams Track record delivering products from concept to production Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills Desirable Experience in regulated environments Experience with common hardware interfaces and communication protocols such as UART, RS485, RS422, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet, as well as embedded debugging and diagnostic tools Experience with embedded testing, CI, and automation Ready to make an impact?
