Healthcare Partnership Manager (South West)

As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial success of existing and new brand development, identifying decision-making networks, and gaining local approval for promotions.
You will work with stakeholders across multiple health economies, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring formulary compliance.
You will leverage HARTMANN brands, identifying and developing relationships with key NHS stakeholders to generate opportunities for change within the health economy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Management (desirable)
Knowledge & Experience
* In-depth knowledge of the NHS and other healthcare organizations in the UK
* Evidenced experience engaging with multiple NHS stakeholders, particularly at commissioning and service levels
* Analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities
* Negotiation, networking, and communication skills for successful outcomes
* Successful experience in the healthcare arena, with knowledge of the NHS system and processes
* Record of success in medical devices sales, preferably in wound care
* Evidence of building strong stakeholder relationships
* Cross-functional team working experience

* Excellent planning, organization, communication, and project management skills
* Natural curiosity and ability to cultivate strong partnerships
* Ability to handle complex information and tailor delivery based on requirements
* Influence at all levels, with cross-functional team working and pro-active goal orientation
* Excellent presentation skills, leadership skills, and advanced IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Demonstrable IT skills in CRM systems (Salesforce)
* Must reside within the Territory Boundaries and be able to work a full five days per week (minimum 37 hours)

* Wound care experience
* Recent experience within the multichannel NHS market (Community & Acute)
