Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join the team at The George IV Hotel, Criccieth.
Breakfast Chef working hours:
As a Breakfast Chef you will work circa 30-35 hours per week, over 5 or 6 days during the summer season, and 4 or 5 in the quieter periods. You will receive an hourly rate of £15.90, regardless of age!
Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Breakfast Chef will be to prepare, cook and serve breakfast to our guests. You will work as part of a small kitchen team, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen, completing temperature control records, cleaning schedules and other related company administration documents will be required. You may also be required to support the team with the weekly stock take, food ordering and stores security. You will also assist with the preparation for the evening meal on occasion, with some evening availability required.

Essential Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within the kitchen
* High level of food hygiene and health and safety knowledge
* Stock rotation, labelling and cost control experience
