We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Duties Process employee payroll using SAGE Payroll Ensure accurate data entry related to employee hours, and deductions. Manage accounts payable related to payroll expenses and ensure timely payments. Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports for management review. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations. Assist with employee queries regarding payslips, and HMRC deductions. Collaborate with human resources to update employee records and manage changes in employment status or benefits. Requirements At least 1 years experience in payroll administration. Proficiency in SAGE Payroll is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Analytical skills for reconciling data and preparing detailed reports.. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and internal departments.
