About the Role
You will own and manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs using the company’s in‑house systems. Your day‑to‑day tasks include scheduling works to meet contractual Service Level Agreements, handling client calls and emails to log issues, keeping the system updated for client and operations visibility, liaising with engineers for supplies, ordering and stock management, reviewing and uploading compliance documents, monitoring workload and escalating to the Team Leader, and continuously improving operational efficiency and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Schedule & manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs.
* Log client calls and emails, and update the system to ensure visibility.
* Coordinate with engineers to secure necessary supplies.
* Assist with ordering, stock management, and document compliance uploads.
* Monitor workload, raise issues to the Team Leader, and adopt continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
* Planning or scheduling background.
* Microsoft Office – Word & Excel skills.
* Excellent administration, customer service, and organisation skills.
* Knowledge of the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade‑based background.
