We’re looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Team Lead to take ownership of our US tech recruitment offering. This is a high‑impact role for a senior recruiter who wants to build and lead a team, grow a profitable US client base, and establish themselves as a market specialist within a defined technology niche.
You’ll operate as a hands‑on biller and leader, driving revenue while building the foundations of a high‑performing recruitment team beneath you.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Tech Recruiter, with exposure to the US market.
* Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
* Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined niche.
* Commercially minded, self‑motivated and confident operating with autonomy.
