CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Position: Cache Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Ashford
Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Salary: £450 to £600
About the Role:
Vision for Education is seeking dedicated and passionate CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a positive impact in schools across Ashford on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support students' learning, development, and well-being in a dynamic educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Help create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support students' development.
* Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to planning.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting students.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
