About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships across multiple sectors. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth and supporting the company’s continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads across the Greater Worcester area. Generate and drive revenue growth within the construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors. Collaborate closely with the existing Sales Team to maximize pipeline effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify areas for expansion and strategic advantage. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in Sales and Business Development (B2B focus). Strong understanding of B2B sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
