About the Role We re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Service Delivery & Compliance Team Leader to drive high customer service and operational standards and inspire and develop a motivated team to support the delivery of outstanding and compliant services. In this pivotal role, you will act as both a supportive mentor and a constructive challenger, motivating colleagues, fostering continual improvement, and championing best practice throughout the service to keep us at our best. What We Are Looking For: Experience : Excellent experience of leading and developing teams across emotive customer-focused environments. Demonstrated success in achieving operational excellence by managing performance and conducting audits, as well as reviewing processes and operations to implement changes and embed lasting improvements. Knowledge : Able to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. The ability to oversee workflow, resolving operational and complex issues including complaints, and ensuring delivery meets internal and external targets. Skills : Excellent communicator and relationship builder, skilled in collaboration, motivation, implementing solutions and data-driven decision-making. Innovation : Ability to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation and quality service provision. Support public engagement campaigns. Why Join Us?
