Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a regional portfolio of laboratory and industrial clients
Drive new business across pharma, biotech, research, and manufacturing laboratories
Engage with laboratory managers, scientists, QA and QC, and procurement teams
Sell laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and technical solutions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations
Build long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role within laboratory equipment or scientific solutions
Background in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or consumables
Strong understanding of laboratory environments including pharma, biotech, and research
Track record of winning new business and managing key accounts
Confidence engaging with both technical users and commercial stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with experience managing a territory
