Procurement Administrator Location: Ormskirk, West Lancashire. Salary: Up to £34,000 dependent on experience. WHO ARE WE? THE ROLE A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator within Procurement reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer. The role will involve supporting the Chief Procurement Officer and wider Procurement team with administrative assistance. Key responsibilities •Responsible for diary management and arranging travel for the CPO and wider Procurement team. •Assist with organising events within Procurement and externally with suppliers. •Provide admin support for digitalisation projects. •Organise health and well-being initiatives. •Organise Lathom Procurement office improvement activities. •Support the maintenance of policies and procedures within Procurement. •Monitor stock levels of office supplies and place orders as necessary. •Support the talent management process across the function. •Manage annual subscriptions and renewals. •Arrange access for new starters to procurement systems and administer any changes necessary for systems such as Ariba, SAP, CIP and other selected systems. This is a full-time role, but job sharing would be considered. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You and your Skills •Be a proficient user of Microsoft packages especially Excel, Word, Forms and PowerPoint. •Have experience of data manipulation and be able to analyse data. •Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
