Planner Plan engineering work to maximise uptime and reliability Wolviston Management Services is proud to be working in partnership with Tioxide to recruit a Planner for their Greatham site. This is a key engineering planning role where you will help ensure work required to maintain and improve production is resourced and scheduled effectively. You will work with operations teams, engineers and stakeholders to prioritise work, coordinate resources and support reliable plant performance at target cost. The role sits within the Greatham Centre of Expertise, supporting activity and resource demands across different site functions. What you’ll be doing You will: * Liaise with operations teams, engineers and stakeholders to evaluate, prioritise and manage work requirements. * Ensure resources, services and materials are available to complete planned work. * Prepare draft and final plans for review and approval by engineering and operations teams. * Coordinate resources and services required to complete planned tasks. * Produce information and KPIs to reflect work management performance. * Advise plant teams on remedial measures where required. * Review actual performance against plan and implement improvements where deviations are identified. * Work across a varied range of tasks, activities and stakeholders. * Support a positive, values-led culture focused on safety, reliability and high standards. Candidate requirements We welcome applications from people who have: * HNC, trade qualification or equivalent knowledge in an engineering or technical discipline. * Experience in planning, scheduling or coordinating engineering work. * Experience working in a high-hazard, chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing or process production environment. * Familiarity with SAP PM planning and supporting systems. * Good understanding of pressure system inspections and instrumented trip testing requirements. * An appreciation of work at trades level to support realistic scheduling. * Strong planning, organisation and communication skills. * The ability to work with operations, engineering, contractors and stakeholders. * A practical, safety-focused and continuous improvement mindset. * A commitment to inclusion, collaboration and values-led behaviours.
