Vacancy Description
* Provide technical support for the company's accounting software to clients
* Diagnose and troubleshoot software and database issues related to the accounting software
* Assist clients with installation, configuration, and updates of the accounting software
* Maintain detailed records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions, via our support desk tool ZOHO
* Create and update technical documentation and user manuals
* Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support
* Help monitor and maintain the performance of the accounting software with the aim of suggesting improvements/ideas
* Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the SQL Server database that is utilized by our accounting software
* Write and optimize SQL queries to ensure maximum performance
* Support data integration and extraction processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues as they arise
* Assist in the implementation of data security measures and database access controls
* Participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure the quality of database-related code
