We’re seeking someone with experience of campaign management to join our Marketing team. You’ll manage the development and activation of integrated brand, communications and campaigns, while ensuring our social media strategy and content supports our brand objectives. This is a 12-month FTC. This role would suit someone with in-house campaign management or agency experience gained working on integrated, consumer brand building campaigns including PR, social, content and influencer activity to support a campaign platform. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Manage the development and delivery of our brand and partnership campaigns, working collaboratively with neighbouring teams. Develop agency briefs and collaborate with relevant teams and agency partners to strategise and execute creative platforms and channel plans. Champion the role of insight within our campaigns, keeping up-to-date with the latest research, developing a deep understanding of our segmentation models and drivers which underpin our audiences’ behaviours. Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of activity, to optimise delivery and plan for future activity. Develop communications strategy and annual laydown, aligning to activity in other AXA entities. Develop and activate consumer PR and thought leadership campaigns, working in partnership with our corporate affairs and reputation experts. Manage agency partners to ensure effective delivery and output Maximise communications and campaign integration within the business, to ensure consistency across audiences and key touch points. Build effective customer journeys and bring channels together for connected, meaningful stories. What you’ll bring: Extensive experience delivering high profile campaigns, integrated campaigns across various channels – essential. In-house campaign management or agency experience gained working on integrated, consumer brand campaigns - essential. Deep understanding of range of earned, owned, shared and paid media channels – essential. Exceptional project, people and stakeholder management skills. Management of large-scale budgets. Analytical and creative thinking, able to interrogate data and campaign performance. Collaborative mindset, able to co-create work with others. Confidence presenting to C-Suite level audience and in key forums in the business. Energy and passion for advertising and marketing – and all things health.
