Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the Spa is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times
* Deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the Spa, resolving any issues professionally
* Be a visible and approachable presence, acting as the face of the Spa for guests
* Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures and SOPs
* Drive revenue through upselling of retail products and Spa treatments
* Oversee Spa team members, ensuring training, performance and standards are maintained
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and systems
Person Specification
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Spa or similar environment
* Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
* Industry relevant qualifications (Degree, HND or Advanced GNVQ)
* Experience in training, systems, processes and team support
* Confident in managing operations, guest experience and health & safety
* Flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to the role
