Job Requirements
* Taking an active role in audits from planning through to finalisation
* Leading smaller audit assignments and supporting larger audit teams
* Reviewing the work of junior colleagues and helping to guide their development
* Collaborating with clients to build strong relationships and resolve queries
* Using software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks efficiently
* Handling your workload independently and communicating progress to managers
* Getting involved with accounts prep, tax compliance, and VAT returns
* Supporting ad hoc projects and contributing to the wider success of the firm

The Successful Applicant
* ACA / ACCA part-qualified or actively studying
* Prior audit experience in a UK practice
* Qualified by experience also considered
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
* Experience with popular accounting software (e.g. Xero, IRIS, Sage)
* A willingness to learn, contribute, and grow professionally
* Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
