Content Manager
Loughton - 5 days per week on-site
A leading events organisation is seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging content across large-scale consumer-facing events. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to shape unforgettable visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a content vision that aligns with the event's brand and audience interests
* Curate engaging programmes featuring talks, workshops, and live activation's
* Source and manage talent, speakers, entertainers, and hosts, to deliver premium visitor experiences
* Build detailed content schedules and run-of-show documents for seamless on-site delivery
* Seek and secure strategic partnerships and sponsors that elevate the event's profile and profitability
Previous Experience Required:
* 3 + year's of experience in content development
* Proven ability to deliver multi-stream content across high-profile public or consumer events
* Demonstrated success in securing and delivering content-led sponsorship opportunities
* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines
* Confidence working with talent and stakeholders, from initial outreach through to on-site delivery
